Q. What does the Scorecard do?

A. The Scorecard is an online tool for managing and operating professional service companies. The Scorecard helps companies manage sales activities, customer relations, projects, and time/billing. Most importantly, the Scorecard summarizes this information in the "scorecard" section of the application so the business owner/executive will have real-time access to the performance of their company anytime anywhere. Q. What is a Business Scorecard?

A. A business scorecard provides the owners and executives of companies a real-time summary of the performance of their company. The information provided by a business scorecard is used to forecast future performance and make strategic business planning decisions.

Q. How can my company benefit from using the Scorecard?

A. The Scorecard can help your business increase revenue and decrease expenses. The Scorecard section of the Scorecard will provide you with a clear view of the performance of your company and help you react to business opportunities more quickly. The CRM section of the Scorecard can help your company transform prospects into profitable customers, forecast sales, and better service companies. The Project section of the Scorecard can help your company better manage the completion of projects to ensure that they are completed on-time and within budget. The Time and Billing section of the application provides an easy to use interface that allows professional service employees to quickly enter the time they have spent working on projects so that your company can make sure all time is billed to customers and that you can accurately measure the time spent working on an project.

Q. How does the Scorecard work?

A. The Scorecard is a website hosted in a secure data center. Users simply connect to the Scorecard via the Internet in the same way you would log on to your favorite website. You can connect to the Scorecard and enter information about your customers, sales opportunities, and projects. Additionally, you can share documents and your service personnel can enter time worked. If you have a web browser and an Internet connection, you are ready to start using the Scorecard.

Q. Can small companies use the Scorecard?

A. Yes. Access to the Scorecard can be purchased on a per user basis so the size of your company does not matter. The benefits provided by the Scorecard can be realized independent of the size of your company.

Q. What platforms do I need to have in order to run the Scorecard?

A. Since the Scorecard is a hosted application, all you need is a computer that is connected to the internet and a web browser. It doesn't matter what type of hardware or operating system you're running.

Q. How do I get upgrades to the Scorecard?

A. You will automatically receive all upgrades to the Scorecard. You do not have to download or install any applications and there are no additional charges.

Q. I have all of my contacts in another system. Will I have to manually enter them into the Scorecard?

A. No. We have software professionals on staff that can you help you easily get all of your data imported into the Scorecard. For more information please contact your Scorecard account manager.

Q. How can I integrate the Scorecard with my current accounting system?

A. The Scorecard offers a seamless two-way integration with Quickbooks and for companies that do not use Quickbooks, we offer integration services that offer full integration with your third party accounting software. For more information please contact your Scorecard account manager.

Q. What happens to my data if I decide to stop using the Scorecard?

A. If at any time you decide to stop using the Scorecard we will provide you a copy of your data.

Q. How quickly can my company be up and running?

A. With the Scorecard you can be up and running immediately. Because there is no hardware to buy or software to install, you can be up and running within 24 hours of signing up.

Q. How can I receive help or training?

A. Upon signing up for the Scorecard you will receive an online demonstration of the product. Additionally, online help files can be accessed via the web and users can sign up for free periodic seminars.

Q. How can I be sure my data is secure?

A. When connecting to the Scorecard, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology uses server authentication and data encryption to protect your data. Additionally, your data is stored behind a secure firewall system. A complete backup of all data is performed daily and redundant power supplies help ensure uptime. All passwords are stored using one way hashing to ensure user profile security.

Q. How can I be assured my data will be kept private?

A. We are committed to keeping your data private and secure. We never share any customer data with third parties. Please see our Privacy Statement for more information.

Q. Does the staff of the Scorecard ever view or use my data?

A. No. As stated in our Privacy Statement "We will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the Scorecard Terms of Use, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Terms of Use, or as may be required by law. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password."

Q. Can I receive periodic copies of my data?

A. You can receive a complete download of all of your data by signing up for our Periodic Export Service. Please contact your Scorecard account manager for more information.

Q. How scalable is the Scorecard?

A. The Scorecard has the capacity to scale to the largest of enterprises. The Scorecard has been developed using the latest Microsoft technologies.

Q. What is the 90-day opt out period?

A. The 90-day opt out offer allows you to try out the Scorecard within your firm without having to fully commit. If within the first 90 days of using the Scorecard you (for any reason) wish to cancel your subscription simply give us a call and we will let you out of the user agreement with no penalties whatsoever.
